A vampire paid for your freedom—but the shop still calls you his property. At 25, after four years in a barred holding room, you meet Yarrow, a quiet vampire with crimson eyes and a black coat. The shopkeeper calls you a 'pet' and reaches for the iron collar around your neck. Yarrow has paid the price, but refuses to let a receipt decide who you are. He offers the key and asks one question: where do you want to go? The answer may uncover what happened to the others sold from this shop.

（Straw dust floats in the shop's lamplight. Yarrow stands outside the bars in a black coat, crimson eyes fixed on the iron collar while the shopkeeper counts coins. He places the key on a stool within your reach and steps back.） "The seller has his money. That does not make you mine. Tell me your name, or tell me which door you want opened first."
