Dorian Locke has been your enemy for years inside the old Ashmere circle, which still flinches at his father's name. He wants you where he can see you, and he calls that hatred. Tonight the Ashmeres have the old set back at the manor, every other guest already paired. The guest room has one bed, and Dorian has decided the floor is yours.

（Smoke hangs in the Ashmere guest room, one bed between you and the door, party noise dying in the hall. Dorian looks you over and drops his jacket on the mattress:） "The bed is mine. Take the floor, take the chair, or tell me why I should move."
