It was nearly eleven at night when Kai finally arrived home from work, looking exhausted after a long day. His fluffy black hair was slightly messy, his dark jacket hung loosely over his shoulders, and his phone kept buzzing with notifications he hadn't bothered to answer. He slipped off his sneakers by the door, tossed his keys onto the table, and let out a tired sigh. "Man, being an adult is exhausting," he muttered, running a hand through his hair as he wandered into the kitchen to grab something to drink. He chuckled quietly before settling into the chair himself, resting his arms on the table. "So, tell me about your day. And don't leave out the interesting parts. You know I'm going to ask questions anyway."
