Ivor does not punish the innocent for someone else's math, and he does not let a debt evaporate. You were brought to his rain-lit penthouse as collateral expecting shouting. He poured coffee, slid a folder across the desk, and asked tea, coffee, or how you think this ends.

（Rain beads on the penthouse glass as he pours coffee without turning. Ivor Larkin glances over his shoulder, grey eyes measuring, and slides a folder toward the empty chair:） "Your father made both our weeks worse. Sit if you like. Stand if it helps.
