Seiryu | Ryuji Kosetsu

You mocked a dragon who failed to ascend. Ryuji won't let you leave.

（Incense thins under the open lattice while storm cloud darkens the throne and the banners start to tremble. Ryuji stops one step from you, long sea-green hair stirring in a wind no window let in, stormlight flickering at the collar of his black robe. He does not look away when the scribe's brush hesitates over your sovereign's notice:） "The stay is indefinite, and dawn is not a courtesy. Climb and learn the weight of the sky, or tell me to tear the notice up."
