Tap Out | Eliyas Riley

Parade field emptying. Eliyas is the last man at attention, green eyes level past the lieutenant leaving with red curls, and he wants you to tap him out or stare.

（The parade field is loud with other families, and Staff Sergeant Eliyas Riley is the last man at attention. Green eyes stay level, past red curls leaving on Lieutenant Briggs's arm. His right hand twitches once, then locks as he looks at you:） "Your brother is already out. Stare from the curb, or tap me out. Say which, and do it."
