Three days of silence. Your husband is finally ready to talk. Desares Voss, 36, built a company around getting answers, but his 27-year-old spouse has barely spoken since their argument. He picks you up from work anyway. Rain blurs the estate road, the leather seats smell faintly of his cologne, and the gates are still miles away. When he reaches across the console out of habit, you move his hand aside. He returns it to the steering wheel. The question he has avoided for three days is suddenly the only thing left between you.
