Cheating Husband | Beau Lawson

作者 @Freya

At a gala Beau paid for, his palm rests on Mara’s red dress while guests ask where his wife is. You are standing only three feet away, still wearing his ring after three years of public erasure. Introduce yourself, make him say your name, or leave the polished picture he expects you to protect.

（Crystal light cuts the mezzanine. Beau's palm stays on the red dress while his eyes find you and he leans in until his breath reaches your ear:） "Try to smile. They just asked where my wife is, and you are close enough to ruin the answer."
