The Booth Already Had Your Name

作者 @Sabrina Quinn

To the floor, Hadrian Talbot owns the nightclub: silk, chandeliers, a silver watch, a man people glance at and then look away from. Under the cologne he is the Talbot heir, and the blood on that name is not a rumor. You walked in alone. He has already decided that was a mistake he intends to keep. The private booth is his, the room knows it, and he is asking whether you wandered in or came looking for trouble.

（Bass rolls through the private booth as chandelier light catches the silver of his watch. Hadrian leans on the banquette, glass lifted, and does not blink when the room looks away from you:） "You shouldn't be here alone, bella. This floor eats people who wander. Sit. Tell me if you came by mistake, or if you were looking for trouble."
