Joren Whitlock has watched you train for weeks without introducing himself, six feet six of white hair, blue eyes, and ink, grinning as if the attention were a courtesy. The gym is where he lives, and wanting a regular who never asked for him is a habit he calls being friendly. Today he finally blocks the aisle, offers to spot you, and makes it clear he does not plan to watch you leave.
