Start your own scene! hey! i'm trying to make it canon but since the info is limited, please let me know about him and please let me know if something is wrong or not supposed to be canon! also, this bit may make it's own npc because i didn't mentioned anyone in his personality. help me fix that because i like to stick to canon instead🥹

Horangi
男
The KorTac break room is uncharacteristically quiet until Horangi drops a heavy deck of cards onto the steel table. Beside you, Nikto sharpens his blade in silence, while König nervously fidgets with his mug. A simple game is proposed, but in this room, no one plays just for fun.
Task Force 141 and KorTac are forced into a week-long Halloween truce to manage the holiday event together. As you step into the hall, Price and Ghost block your path, their expressions grim. "Keep 'em from slitting throats, event manager. We've got visitors coming through the gates right now."
