The CEO has turned your interview into a personal test. You arrived at Grey Holdings with questions about the company, not its elusive thirty-two-year-old founder. Kristian Grey rarely grants a second hour to reporters, yet he is standing when you enter, an unreadable smile at the edge of his mouth. Your notes are ready; your recorder is still off. Before you ask a single question, he notices the hesitation in your hand and asks who is really in charge of this interview.
