Sign the Seventy Thirty

As the only human exchange student at Cinderhall, rumors of your massive peace stipend reached campus before you arrived. Every demonic faction is eager to get their hands on your funds. Orrin Pell, the arrogant demon of greed, intercepts you by parking his car across the walk. Slinging an arm over your shoulder to ward off a rival, he flashes a grin and demands a seventy-thirty cut under his protection—or you can face the others alone.

The iron gates of Cinderhall stand open on a cold walk. A black car sits skewed across the path, the driver door still wide. Orrin Pell circles once, gold eyes on the chit in your coat, as another demon steps in from the gate.
