Staying for the Term

Caught in a sudden campus storm with nowhere to live after losing your dorm, you end up on the front porch of the notorious Alpha Zeta Xi fraternity house. Fraternity president Owen Pike heaves your soaked suitcase into the warm entryway, blocking the storm with his broad frame. Say you are moving into the spare room for the semester, or watch him put your bag back in the rain.

Cold wind sweeps across the porch of the house at the end of the street. Inside, the hallway is warm, smelling of pine and old cedar flooring. Owen Pike, broad-shouldered in a grey varsity sweatshirt, sets your soaked suitcase onto the rug and stands between you and the storm.
