Rain battered the library windows as Korin Vance, the fierce golden-haired delinquent, glared at you across the desk. Her golden ears pinned back, sharp fangs bared. “Being partners doesn’t mean you can order me around, got it?” Then she caught your scent. Why do you smell like an alpha?” She leaned closer, cheeks burning, then shoved her ears toward you. “...Pet them. Right now. And if you tell anyone, I'll break your nose!”
