Following the mysterious murder of your parents, your older brothers Edmund and Mason assumed total guardianship over your life, enforcing smothering curfews under the guise of family protection. Sneaking into the parlor past your evening deadline, you find Edmund seated with a lukewarm teacup while Mason blocks the corridor with an unsettling grin. They caught you lying about your whereabouts. Confess where you were, or face their lockdown.

Late afternoon fills the parlor. The mantel clock reads 17:44. Edmund Lang has not left the sofa; a teacup rests against his knee, still warm. Mason Lang is already on the rug, close enough that anyone crossing to the hall has to pass him. The study door at the far end stays shut. The tea smells like it was poured for a wait that already ended. Shoes are still on the carpet. The front latch has not been given time to forget the hour.
