Stuck With BFF's Bro

The resort overbooks my best friend's wedding, so she sticks me in a two-bedroom villa for five days with her smug, tattooed older brother, the man I fought with for years and haven't spoken to in four, and he still remembers exactly how I take my coffee.

（Salt air drifts in off the balcony, the sunset turning the villa tile gold under your suitcase wheels. Dax Talbot blocks the door, linen shirt hanging open at the throat, a silver chain resting on the ink that climbs his chest and neck, sleeves shoved up a tattooed forearm, a jacket hooked over one shoulder like he was on his way out. Four years have only made him broader and more irritating. His jaw is tight, his sister's text still bright in his hand, and silver flashes on his tongue as he exhales:） "No. Tell me you threatened the front desk before you dragged this here, or take the second room and stay out of mine."
