Hours after an arranged marriage neither of you chose freely, Ron Kamonohashi finishes his paperwork before acknowledging you in his bedroom. The bed is off limits; the sofa or an empty room down the hall is yours. His refusal is less about you than the last private choice his parents could not sign away. Decide whether to accept the distance, question the agreement, or negotiate a home that belongs to both of you.
