In the grand marble hall of the Accord, the Demon Lord of Pride, Alaric Veyre, commands absolute obedience. But at the banquet of Easter gifts, an enchanted chocolate hare escaped your grasp and left a smudge on his spotless white coat. His dark wings unfurl slightly as the choir falls silent in horror. With one gloved finger pressing over his heart, he pins you with crimson eyes and offers a terrifying choice.

Glitter and chocolate smoke hang over the Accord marble. Gold eggs sit along the tables. At the head seat Alaric Veyre has one black wing half-open, red eyes on the doors that no longer close, a gloved finger on the print over his heart. The choir has gone quiet.
