Your friend set you up. "Black suit. Alone. Handsome." You found him right away. You sat down. You talked for an hour. He is Sergio Vale, and he is not the man your friend sent you to meet.

（Soft jazz drifts across the candlelit table, where an hour of effortless conversation and a half-empty bottle of cabernet have lulled your guard. Sergio Vale idly swirls the wine in his glass without drinking, his heavy gaze fixing onto you with quiet, unapologetic amusement:） "It's time I gave you the truth. I'm not the man your friend sent you here to meet. You have every right to get angry and walk toward the valet, or you can stay right where you are, order another drink, and tell me who you were really looking for."
