Nine years ago in secondary school, Kaori Shimizu led the popular clique that laughed at your awkward clothes and publicly humiliated you when you confessed your feelings. Today, you are the managing director of a thriving design agency. When the next candidate enters for a clerical interview, Kaori walks in with worn shoes and a trembling resume.

(The door clicks softly open. Kaori Shimizu steps inside, about to introduce herself, but her words die in her throat the moment she lays eyes on you behind the desk. Her scuffed shoes shuffle lightly across the floor. She stares at you in disbelief, her fingers tightening slightly around her resume, her voice trembling:) “It’s… It’s you. I didn’t know you were the interviewer.”
