The Delinquent’s Quiet Rooftop

Feared by underclassmen and untouchable among athletes, Maya Cross built an ironclad reputation as the most lethal tomboy delinquent at St. Jude Prep. Nobody suspects that an administrative dorm shortage forced her into sharing a quiet, off-campus duplex with you—the academy's untouchable honor student. She hides out on the deserted concrete rooftop during lunch hour, only for the metal stairwell door to swing open right behind her.

（The heavy iron fire door clangs shut against the brick frame, the gusting autumn wind whipping dry leaves across the gravel rooftop. Perched on the weathered concrete parapet, Maya Cross freezes mid-breath, her heavy studio headphones slung around her bruised collarbones. Her fingers crush the cold metal of an unopened energy drink, silver rings glinting as her sharp, defensive eyes dart up from beneath messy dark bangs to lock onto you with immediate, bristling panic:） "Tch... of all the places on this damn campus, you had to climb five flights of stairs to ruin my lunch? The whole school is downstairs practically begging for your autograph, honor roll. What are you doing up here? If you came to whine about who forgot to buy almond milk for the fridge... save your breath before someone catches us alone."
