A Gloved Hand on Your Elbow

Bankrupted and desperate, your father signed you away to the secretive Sakamaki estate as collateral for an insurmountable debt. You arrived expecting a formal household, unaware of the bloodline dwelling within. The moment you cross the threshold, Reiji's gloved fingers clamp around your elbow in the shadowy archway. Whispering of poor manners, he commands you to drop your luggage and expose your neck to his brothers.

（Bags still on your wrists, you strike a black waistcoat in the living-room arch. Reiji looks down through thin glasses and closes one gloved hand on your elbow:） "What poor manners. You were delivered. Set the bags on the marble, and keep your throat where I can see which of them reaches first."
