Lost, or Very Brave

Lucan Harrow keeps the treacherous Whitepine ridge, a feral alpha who knows every scent on his mountain. You fled your pack into his territory, praying the blizzard would hide your tracks. He tracks you down to an abandoned logging cabin and corners you against the counter. Now he gives you a single choice: tell him who sent you here, or take off your coat and yield.

Night cold settles over the Whitepine ridge. Pine resin hangs in the air, and the marker stones sit pale in the dark. Far below, the pack's camp fires glow in the valley. A tall man stands among the trees. The air shifts as he turns toward you, nostrils flaring, his eyes moving over you with unsettling focus.
