Leave That Lobby Tonight

You met Dorian Fitch online months ago as regular gaming partners. But as you queued with other people, his quiet affection twisted into dangerous obsession. Tonight, assuming he was offline, you joined a random lobby. Suddenly your headset rings. Dorian's voice comes through, softly humming a chilling lullaby. He knows who is in your room, demanding you quit the match before he reads every player's real name off the screen.

The desk lamp is on. A headset is still warm from a public lobby. A call fills the earcup. The name on the screen is Dorian Fitch, who was supposed to be offline. His breath sits on the mic. He does not say hello.
