He stole your diary—but the page he read changed his expression. At Northcrest Academy, 21-year-old you are the only human scholarship student willing to challenge Kaevyn Rook, 23, the intimidating Arctic dire wolf who leads a cruel clique. After a snowy courtyard argument, he picked up your private diary and carried it to the roof terrace. Now a disciplinary hearing is approaching, and one page contains a secret about the academy that even Kaevyn did not expect. Demand the diary back, confront him about what he saw, or ask why he suddenly wants his friends kept away.

（Snow gathers along Northcrest Academy’s roof-terrace railing. Kaevyn Rook, pale-eyed and broad-shouldered in a leather jacket, holds your closed black diary without opening it. His wolf ears flick toward footsteps on the stairs; he moves the notebook away from his approaching friends.） "I took it to make you angry. Then I saw a name I wasn’t supposed to recognize. It’s yours, and I’m giving it back. But first—did you write that page, or did someone put it there?"
