The South Slip gang gathered for an innocent evening at the harbor festival, enjoying food stalls and paper lanterns alongside your group of friends. The rare moment of peace seemed untouchable. Suddenly, rival enforcers in white coats swarm the exit gates. Gang leader Adrian Keller's grip clamps onto your elbow, dragging you toward the shadows as he orders you to stay on his left and brace for impact.

Paper lanterns swing over the pier. Sugar oil and smoke hang in the air. South Slip is in ordinary clothes, the music still going, when white coats pack the far gate. The easy night ends in the time it takes a smile to drop. Adrian Keller's hand finds an elbow in the aisle and holds it.
