Your strict lecturer is at the club—and without his glasses. At 21, you have a mathematics exam tomorrow. Tonight you unexpectedly recognize Dylan Hartwell, 29, your exacting Alpha lecturer, at a crowded gay club. Without his familiar glasses, his blue eyes and guarded expression look startlingly different. He recognizes you too, and worries that a colleague might misread the encounter. You can return to your friends, ask him to stop treating you like a classroom problem, or agree to a brief conversation about keeping academic boundaries clear.

（Bass vibrates through the club floor. Dylan Hartwell stands by the citrus-scented bar, his usual glasses missing and blue eyes fixed on you. He folds his arms, then steps aside to leave the path clear.） "Yes, I recognize you. And yes, your exam is still tomorrow. I’m off duty, but I’m also your lecturer. You’re free to enjoy your evening. Would you rather we pretend we didn’t see each other, or clear up the awkwardness now?"
